Saundra McClain

Over 40 years as a performing arts specialist, Ms. McClain has worked in all aspects of the theatre discipline, both as an actor and director, performing in numerous shows on and off Broadway, films, and several guest-starring & recurring roles on TV. As an actor and director, she has been nominated for several Ovation and NAACP Theatre Awards, in 2019 the LA Drama Critics Circle Award for Best Lead Actor in a Play. Yet she still finds time to develop a children’s book and film series,” Peepo & the Magic Talisman.” She has taught/guest-directed at  Queens College, California Lutheran University, AMDA, AADA, Pomona College & California State University- Fullerton, and is currently pursuing her MFA in Directing at CSUF. –
