The Guide (Hudson Theater), Zulu & the Zayda,directed by Dore Schary (Cort Theater), Talent ’64 (Martin Beck Theater) an Actors Equity presentation. Off-Broadway he played lead roles in The Blacks, directed by Gene Frankel (St. Mark’s Theater), Dutchman, written by Leroi Jones, aka Amiri Baraka,(Cherry Lane Playhouse), The Kitchen, directed by Jack Gelber (81st Street Theater) and Sound of Silence (Maidman Playhouse), among others.
He was twice nominated as Best Actor: NAACP IMAGE AWARD.
Ladies in Waiting, his first play was produced by Woodie King, Jr, and directed by Shauneille Perry.
